Online account information services
I am aware that the bank provides services to its customers who have access to a computerized
communications system allowing the provision of information to customers regarding their
accounts, pursuant to the bank's decision, through the Internet (hereinafter: the "Services").
Customer declaration
1.1 I am interested in receiving information services regarding the accounts registered for the Services
  from the bank through the system.
Services
1.2 I will be able to receive information regarding balances and transactions in my accounts.
1.3 I will pay a user fee to the bank for the Services, as detailed in the bank's fee list, and as
  updated from time to time, through a charge to my account.
1.4 In order to receive the Services, I will receive a unique password (hereinafter: the "Password")
  and a unique code (hereinafter: the "Unique Code"). The Password and the Unique Code will allow me to access the system.
1.5 The Services will be provided to me subject to the following conditions:
1.5.1 The information given to me regarding my accounts within the Services will be current
  according to the current information at the bank's branches,and will refer to the current business day, with conditional balances and transactions.
1.5.2 The bank reserves the right to change the scope of the Services provided in the future.
Liability
1.6 The bank shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or expense which I may incur as a result of any fault
  in information or data as a result of malfunctions caused by communication lines, or of other malfunctions
  not under the control of the bank, and which it could not have prevented with reasonable effort.
1.7 I am liable to the bank for any damage, loss, or expense which it may incur as a result of a demand or
  claim by any third party towards the bank which results from an action of mine and is related to Services
  received pursuant to this application, while violating any of my obligations towards the bank pursuant to
  this application.
Interpretation
1.8 The definitions and terms appearing in this document shall bear the same meanings as in the
  application to open an account and in the general account administration terms.
  I have read and I accept the terms of the service agreement. The above form is applicable to all accounts listed hereinafter.
